Pictures from the Larian Lebuhraya Merdeka Ke-3 held on 15 August 2009.
A 4.5km run with 2 slopes and "pia" all the way to the end in true PaceMaker style.
Managed a timing of 18 mins 11 secs to secure 6th placing in my category (Men Junior Master).
