A stretch of the KL-Seremban Expressway was under water while other affected areas were Jalan Pudu, Jalan Chan Sow Lin, the Federal Highway and several locations in Wangsa Maju."

My two cents worth: Correct me if I am sorely mistaken that the SMART Tunnel was built to mitigate these floods especially at some obvious areas near the tunnel? Here comes the barrage of excuses from the so-called authorities.
